Jen helped me from the start of the marketing process. She suggested things that would look good in photos and what to store for my move. She provided an array of beautiful things to dress my home and make it look great for the photography. Her eye for detail and colour is incredible and meant the photos really looked fantastic. Throughout the marketing campaign, she kept me updated with feedback from buyers coming through and whether they were likely to be putting in an offer. She was wonderful with the detail of the buyers so could tell that she had a great understanding of what they were looking for and wanting. Her warmth and knowledge were other aspects of her that really stand out. It radiated through her text messages, emails and phone calls. She really cares about her owners and making sure they have a smooth process that is as stress free as possible. Jen has an eye or detail in her work, in her reports and in her caring for her owners. She is incredible and I thoroughly recommend her for anyone wanting to sell their home.

I never felt Jen was selling to me. As I was looking at the property, she was observing at how I was appreciating it and would talk about the nice & positive things on what I was looking at in the property. She’s a good listener and provided the information I wanted. She checks in from time to time along the sales process to know that the support is there.
