Everyone talks about home ownership being exciting, but the reality is scary, competitive and overwhelming for first timers like us. Jeff was phenomenal in his role, taking care of both his vendor and us, his buyers. We were made to feel comfortable and like our journey mattered. His guidance on the contracts and in and outs of purchasing, helped immensely by taking the stress out of understanding it all. I watched with total appreciation as he treated the elderly vendor with care. Helping bring both parties together and solidifying not just a sale, but a beautiful and thoughtful process both sides of the fence.
