Jeff was an excellent agent for us. He had a good manner, balancing the need to chase potential buyers without hounding them and striking the perfect balance between being laid back and allowing people to see all the good aspects of our property and selling the positive benefits of it. Jeff had a very good knowledge of the local real estate market and gave great advice when needed without applying any undue pressure. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Jeff again.

Selling property can be very stressful but from the very beginning Jeff was very supportive, professional and ready to market the property when I was ready. Tenants occupied the adjoining flat and I was pleased at the consideration he had to them in relation to access to the flat and to the security of their property. Open homes were conducted in a professional manner and on my return he provided feedback from all that viewed. We had many discussions around the method of sale during a time that the property market was going through change. He was reassuring and followed up with people who previously viewed the property and arranged extra viewings when I asked for them. Jeff went the extra mile in negotiating a contract. Jeff was available to be present when the Purchasers had a property report prepared and valuation. No issues were raised from those reports. At all times during the open homes we had good feedback, with the exceptions of storage boxes in the garage, and I understand that the comments were that the presentation was great and many people spent the whole hour viewing the property. With my elderly parents and working from home the last week we were able to move from the property and leave it in a tidy state for the Purchasers. Jeff advised that the Purchasers thought that lights, plugs didn’t work but it appears the Purchasers were not aware of the switch locations and I agreed to show them these. The settlement was completed in accordance with the contract and I appreciate all that Jeff did in making this process run smoothly.
