From the moment I met Jean I just knew she was the agent I was going to use to sell Mums estate. Jean took care of everything for me as I was an overseas vendor. Jean was available 7 days a week for questions and answers nothing was ever too hard. Communication was no problem informing me every time she had an inquiry or potential buyer and their feedback. She went over and above with the advertising of the property. I can highly recommend Jean as an agent who is friendly, professional, supportive, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the whole process. Should I ever need an agent in New Zealand again Jean would be my number 1.
