About Jean

Jean moved to Whanganui from Waiheke Island where she had a successful career selling real estate after starting out in property management on the island. Having an impressive sales pedigree gained from 10 years at Scholastic Publishing in Auckland and then another 10 years working for TCC Global (a brand loyalty company) in NZ, Australia and then Shanghai. Jean has always loved interacting with people and this combined with her solid background in sales, an avid interest in interior design and a true passion for property made real estate the perfect option for a career. Her passion is creating bespoke marketing packages that have a significant “reach” of putting Whanganui properties in front of purchasers locally, nationally and even overseas. The Bayleys tag line of ‘Altogether Better’ is important. Bayleys has an impressive network of over 1,000 salespeople who each have databases of buyers which can be matched to properties in Whanganui. Jean’s success is based almost exclusively on referrals. She earns the respect of clients by working hard to get them the most positive results she can. Jean lives on five acres just out of Whanganui with her partner, two dogs, a cat, chickens and her horse. “Often I feel like I have to pinch myself as the lifestyle I have here is so special, and the people are so friendly”. To give back to the community Jean recently put together a very successful Pyjama Drive for Women’s Refuge and also donates to Jigsaw and Riding for the Disabled.
