Jayne helped us sell our beautiful little cottage in Waltham. She worked with us to create a plan that worked in with our timetable, generated a lot of interest through good marketing, and did a great job of managing the deadline sale. Jayne communicated well and was very keen to make the process as smooth as possible. Jayne also helped us find our new home too. Before we sold our house, we had met Jayne at an open home she was running. Jayne remembered us and called us months later when she found a home she thought we would like.

She was well aware of what we were after and did not try to steer us towards unsuitable properties.  She researched possible places, dealt with agents and helped us through the purchase process. Once we had secured our new home we were delighted to offer our old house to Jayne to sell. We started with a marketing plan and had good guidance on what was the best approach to take.  Throughout the process Jayne operated very professionally, communicated regularly and took time to ensure we were happy with how things were going.  She operated nine open homes over three weeks, escorted over 80 people through the property, provided us with feedback from visitors and presented three comprehensive marketing reports.   We tried to present our home as best we could - Jayne would always check and add finishing touches if necessary. Visitors do not always turn into bidders who are prepared to put the work in to arrange a potential bid.  Jayne was successful in getting potential bidders keen, organised and ready for the auction. This was absolutely key and we are completely satisfied with the auction. Selling can be a stressful time. Jayne kept us on track, listened, advised, sought extra help when required, remained optimistic and yet had back up plans. We were always confident of Jayne’s honesty, communication with us and potential buyers and her plain hard work.  We were very much part of the team but Jayne took the responsibility to get us a great result.
