The buyer came in to view the house again after 3 months 1st view. She was willing to buy 48b, and it was just sold not long ago. Jayden introduced 48D and caught the oppotunity and we were very cooperative and made the unconditional deal successfully in just 3 days. Was a very good deal between three parites. Well done!

Jayden was very helpful when I negotiate with vendor to get a variation to the S&P agreement. Without his effort I could not get my house.
