Jaydens focus on communication and encouragement from both sides, built a great relationship where I (as a vendor) knew exactly where the purchasers were at and what their intentions were at each stage. By personifying both parties to each other and creating relationships based on mutual trust and respect he achieved a great result leaving both parties very happy. Having both sides working towards the same goal and helping each other to get there streamlined the experience and took a lot of the stress out of selling property.
