I immediately sent a whatsapp to the appointed agent, Mr Jay Zhang, due to my language barrier, he arranged with another associate Mr Ken Huang to assist me. Both agents are excellent from the beginning till settlement. They went ahead to arrange site visits when I was in town from overseas. Both kept on updated me all the details from the ground to insurance of CCC, in addition, they also accorded all requests from site inspections to all whatsapp enquiry.
