Jay spent an entire evening showing us houses, worked within our budget, and when we finally went unconditional went out of his way to make sure that we had Fibre connected and blinds installed before we moved in which meant move in day was a breeze! Thanks Jay!
Jay made buying our first home a breeze! he guided us through the whole process making it simple for us and it felt like he was on our side. He had awesome communication and went the extra mile for us, he was happy to answer questions and help us out of standard business hours.
Jay was very responsive and arranged everything between the seller and us transparently, and straightforwardly. He was happy to move at the pace we set and made himself available on multiple occasions for us to check out the house before and after purchase (before settlement).
He is a very good agent .very easy to communicate, exchange, speak polite and polite. Jay work hard and well.will .Our house is the result of Jay's efforts. As long as he thinks that the possible candidate will follow up immediately and let the customer sign an ideal price, he will not hesitate to use his professional skills to persuade both sides several times, so that the price is close to acceptable to both sides. I remember that the final signing is about more than 11 o'clock in the evening.
