My Partner and I met Jay while house-hunting and after a quick conversation agreed to have Jay come and do a obligation free valuation of our house. After the inspection a full prospectus was presented to us within 3 days outlining the valuation, marketing plan, market assessment for our area and all costs involved with listing, We weren't too keen on the idea of a listing as we were at the end of a 10 year renovation and still had a few things that needed fixing up, but Jay knew people who could be interested in our property and presented it to them before listing or marketing and the property was sold without a single stressful open home to deal with.
