Recent sale of our father's home

After my dad suffered a stroke and went to hospital, my brother and I, who live in Australia needed to sell his home. We originally spoke to the agent who originally sold dad his house several years ago, but when my wife looked at their website, she said it was a bit "dated". She worked her Google magic and found Jay's website, which was vibrant, contemporary and easy to use. His sales data was pretty impressive also. From the very first conversation, I knew we had made the right decision to go with Jay. The journey in selling the hosue had some challenges around drainage issues, some required building works and nature overlays. We had some initial offers, but they withdrew. Jay was not deterred, and his confidence in selling the property never wavered. Even when we had offers, he would still 'work the crowd' making sure we had other potential buyers lined up to step in. Being in Austrlia, I had to put complete faith in Jay and his team. The advertising campaing was worthy of selling a multi-million dollar property with commercials and drone photos' - which were amazing and really highlighted to property's location advantages. I have to admit, I was a bit reluctant to spend the money on the suggested advertising package, but it really paid off and was money well spent. Travelling to NZ to see dad, I took time out to meet with Jay. True to form, he was the nicest guy you could meet. He was genuine and showed true empathy for our situation. I don't write these types of reviews/recommendations often, but when you deal with someone like Jay, I am more than happy to share the experience and I wholly recommend Jay and his team to you.
