Selling my late dads home

We warmed to Jay straight away. He was very knowledgeable about his area. At the first meeting got everything he needed to give us a pricing indication. Even crawling under the house to see the work dad had done to make his home warm. He in fact was spot and we achieved what he suggested as a listing price. He is passionate and enthusiastic and all round good guy. Highly recommended.
