Jay has helped us sell our home in a challenging market. He has been a positive presence throughout the entire process, and has gone above and beyond to provide help and guidance to us on our journey. His calm demeanour and absolute professionalism, no matter the circumstances, has made us feel comfortable with the process. We have never felt pressured nor have we ever felt confused as communication has been excellent and Jay has always made himself available as needed. We have loved working with Jay and are very appreciative of all he's done (and continues to do) for us.
