Nothing happened as promised. I originally met Jas when I was looking for a property, prior to what he just sold. I never bought from him, but I remembered him as being not "pushy", which, as a buyer, appealed to me. I later received a letter, when I was considering selling, advising he had people on his books looking for properties, as is / and he would also provide services with no marketing fees if required. I took him up on this, but then later, had to agree to $1k costs for drone and other photo's, lim and billboard pics. Service , or non service was poor. Originally I said , because of health conditions, I couldn't rush to get my home on the market. He promised to help, in his spare time....it was also agreed he would come and check out my home on Fri ( photo's were on Monday), but I never heard from him until he turned up with a photographer on the Monday.. apparently he had been sick. Really? He has access to an admin person who should let me know - I am paying $750 or so for what service?? Originally, he was advertising a replica of the previous sellers advert...but the wooden seat was now rotten, and the water fountain not working. He provided me with a huge false selling value, even though he knew about Lim reductions.
