We recently sold our house with Jass. He gave us advise which we found very useful and accurate, he was always professional and punctual throughout the whole process. His appraisal was not the highest from 2 other agents we got an appraisal from but when we did our own research on the sales on our area, his seemed the most realistic. We wanted to use an agent who was honest and gave us the facts as it is, not overinflated expectations that they can't delivery on, which we have experienced previously. Throughout the whole process he kept in constant contact with relative updates and was exceptionally quick in getting back to us if we had any questions. He went out of his way on occasions, such as meeting us after hours as we were busy and arranging access for the house staging when we were out of the country. He has a very good understanding of the market and the advice he gave really helped us decide our strategy for the sale. He was able to sell our house in less than 2 weeks on the market and at a price we were very happy with, which was above the appraisal he gave us. We just found that there was no fuss when dealing with Jass. He is honest, a straight talker and delivers results. We have been recommending him to friends and family already and will definitely use him in the future.
