We decided to sell our family home and upgrade to something larger to cater to our growing family. We listed with another company as their commission fees were lower. Our house remained unsold for almost 2.5 months. Jass was helping us find another property but for us to move along he also put his hand up to try and get this property sold despite it being listed by another agency. What I felt and saw is Jass always had a good relationship with his potential buyers, within a short time he was able to bring someone in who was interested, we even managed to sell it off the market due to already paying a lot of money for marketing etc with the previous agency. We came to a point where we gave up and almost went the renovation way, things took a huge turn and we were able to sell our home in what I'd call the toughest market. This was our first time buying a house and the experience has simply been amazing. We worked with few agents but the whole process became so easier once we met Jass.
