Well, it's hard to say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional, and way beyond our wildest expectations. We weren't initially intending to sell, but Jason's confidence in what we considered to be an optimistic valuation got us interested, so to market we went. We took his advice to invest in staging the empty flat, and it blew us away with the difference it made - don't think twice - DO THIS. The new Govt regulations had us a little concerned, and definitely impacted on the numbers attending the open homes, which was a cause for concern for us. However, throughout the process Jason remained confident in a great result, and worked hard to ensure that there was quality interest at what we felt was an optimistic price target. Come auction day we were literally stunned by the result, which well exceeded the most optimistic end of the valuation range. Post sale, Jason was also very proactive in ensuring that the paperwork and possession process ran to plan. I can see where that could absorb quite a bit of time and effort if it weren't for the diligence of such a professional agent.
