Jason was fantastic. His advise on presentation and work with photographer is outstanding. The market was struggling but he had lots of hacks to help with marketing. Great communication and felt honest. We really appreciated all his hardwork.
Really positive, multiple approaches used in response to market feedback (e.g. trialing different times for open homes, following up open home attendees to get feedback, using dashboards online and a communication group to provide updates etc). We really appreciated the flexibility of Jason in terms of cancelling open homes or amending times based on our schedule.
Jason provided regular and clear communication. Straightforward advice. Incredibly easy to talk to and always quickly understood exactly where we were coming from. At no point were we anything less than completely confident in how he was representing our property and we would be happy to recommend him to anyone selling or buying a property. Also we always felt like we were dealing with a real person, not an over-slick salesman. If we ever need a real estate agent again we'll be immediately contacting Jason.
We viewed the property late afternoon during the weekend and that evening he helped us put in an offer. He also recognised that extra assistance may be appreciated like physically helping moving furniture when we go the carpets cleaned prior to the open homes. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed in making any decisions with regards a) to putting the house on the market, or b) when offers were made on the house. We generally believed he cared about us as people, not just as vendors, or a means to an end. We would and have recommended him to family and friends.

Buying a house can be stressful, but Zoe and Jason made the process much smoother. Their communication was always quick and clear, and they were open, honest, and easy to work with. I found them very proactive they kept things moving, explained everything well, and made sure I knew what was happening at each step. Even when the process felt overwhelming at times, they stayed calm and supportive, which helped take a lot of the pressure off.
