Everyone tells you that being a first home buyer is meant to be a scary and potentially difficult process but ours couldn’t have been further from that. Jason was happy to get on the phone and answer any and all questions we had, showed us respect as buyers for the seller he was acting on behalf of, accommodated our needs and was responsive throughout the whole thing. He provided advice on matters we hadn’t considered to ensure we weren’t in the dark about anything. We couldn’t have had a smoother experience and Jason played a massive part in making that happen. We’re happy to finally be in a place of our own!

Our experience buying 21 Sretlaw St and working with Cherish Thom to purchase the property was very good. We found Cherish helpful and informative about the property. We did not commit straight away to the purchase of this property and when Cherish knew what we were looking for she was good at suggesting other options. When we were ready Cherish was very good at making time for further visits to the home and patiently worked with us. Then capably assisted us with the purchasing contract.
