Jason has been a very friendly and helpful acquaintance. When I first contacted his and asked for a weird timing to see the property he promptly arranged that. At first glance he comes across as a professional person who was very neat and tidy. He showed us around and answered all our questions patiently. He has maintained a good communication through out the negotiation, provided all paperworks as we asked for them. Overall ... fabulous! If I have another opportunity to work with him on something I will be glad to do so.
