I actually never met Jason. He helped me sell a Dunedin house, although I am based in Nelson. I contacted a few agents before deciding who to use. I went with Jason as he was friendly on the phone and also offered competitive fees. The selling process was easy and unobtrusive for me. He got the job done with good results and I'd certainly use him for any other house I had to sell in Dunedin.

I initially shortlisted Jason from a broad review of the Dunedin agent market. I finally selected Jason from that shortlist based on a few things - market knowledge, sales history, proposal and fees, flexibility/adaptability (my property sale was a little unique - the property itself is an unusual one and I was stuck outside of NZ due to COVID so had to sell via 'remote control'), character and communication style. End result was that I was VERY satisfied. Jason achieved the sale within his very short self-allotted time frame ( less than 3 weeks with 2 week settlement) and within his estimated price/valuation range. He is a pleasant and professional agent, excellent communicator, (updated me clearly and regulatory), and was always available and responsive.
