We worked solely with Lawrence rather than Jason but had a fantastic experience. Lawrence was super receptive and helpful with our many questions. This was our first home purchase so we weren't very familiar with everything involved. Lawrence was patient and took the time to explain every step of the process to us. Very easy to chat to and get along with. Will certainly work with Lawrence again in the future.
Jason did provide me the fact of the property by email appropriately. I can feel that he is an excellent agent by taking a full responsibility for his client (not for me). He tried to show me he is a good agent when he did attempt to answer my question regarding to Council's water restriction rule despite of unsuccessful.
