Communication and Knowledge excellent

Jason informed us of directions we could go guiding us through several options. As the market has been extremely slow and after a period of time, we did change direction as was suggested by Jason, resulting in a positive sale. We found Jason to always be available to discuss options and found him to have great knowledge of the market. His negotiating skills are to be commended. Jason was most pleasant to work with and we felt no pressure at all during the whole process.
