The first thing and best thing we did is hire Jason. Everything flowed from there. He made it do-able. Selling can be stressful - there is a lot to navigate. Jason set realistic expectations from the start, created a plan of what we needed to do by when, gave us lists of recommended contractors we could use to help get our home ready for sale and checked in with us daily. I had no idea what was involved - but luckily Jason did - and we followed his advice. As a result, and after only one open home we sold! The whole process could not have gone smoother.
