Jasmeet is an excellent person to communicate. He is very transparent and clear and has a good knowledge of the market. He does his work in a very professional manner. Inspire of a tough market he played a pivotal role in getting the property sold. I truly appreciate his commitment.
Absolutely! Our journey with Jasmeet from Lodge Real Estate was nothing short of incredible! Right from our first meeting, it was clear that he genuinely cared about our family and what we were looking for in a home. Jasmeet took the time to really understand our needs and preferences, and he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. His expertise and knowledge of the market were so valuable. He made what could have been a stressful experience completely stress-free and enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in our home search. Jasmeet truly exceeded our expectations!
Jasmeet's professionalism was clear throughout the buying process. The property was just what we were after. The process was made simple and everything was communicated well to us along the way. We would definitely recommend Jasmeet to anyone buying or selling a property.
Jasmeet is very helpful in the process of selling and always available for help and advise
This process was made extremely easy with Jasmeet and Sherry. It had been a long four year search for our first home. Jasmeet was very polite, professional and helpful along the way. Even helped out with the subsidy for a heat pump and insulation. Would 100% recommend these real estate agents and have spoken very highly of them to friends and family.
During the sale of our property, Jasmeet's communications with us were second to none - we knew what was happening every step of the way through regular updates and conversations, and he constantly reviewed how to look for buyers in a challenging market. He was the consummate professional and displayed a significant amount of experience and knowledge in all his dealings with us.
Jasmeet was great up to the point of signing the listing to him. From that point he became very aggressive and entitled in his approach. I felt that he was representing his buyers interests above mine as the vendor which was not my expectation when I was the one paying his commission. Very much the stereotypical real estate agent unfortunately and I would exercise caution in engaging his service.
Working with Jasmeet was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication to finding the perfect property for us were truly impressive. They listened attentively to our needs, provided invaluable advice, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. With their help, we found our dream home, and we couldn't be happier. If you're in search of a trustworthy and highly competent property agent, look no further than Jasmeet. They truly set the gold standard in the industry."
Jasmeet was considerate, told us all the information we needed to know, and we would recommend him to anybody buying or selling a property.
Since day one we had really good experience with Jasmeet. Everytime we had some questions/confusions he was there to answer or clear all those confusions. Highly recommend him if you are selling/buying. Whole process was smooth/easy. Keep up the great work Jasmeet.
