We met Jasjeet few months back on a casual open house viewing in Waimauku on a rainy day. Jasjeet gave us a detailed tour of the house, highlighted all the key details of the property, and even gave us additional insights about the suburb. After the viewing we had a brief chat about our budget and our requirements, and we exchanged contacts. What stood out on that day was Jasjeet’s eagerness to help & enthusiasm. Once we had pre-approval from the bank, we again reached out to Jasjeet after a month or so. And to my surprise he remembered our meeting and our conversation started from where we left. He arranged for viewing within 2 days at our convenient time. He guided us making an offer on one of the properties. For some reason when we could not close the deal on that property, he came back with another listing fitting our needs in no time and helped us to secure the deal.
