Janine was very professional in how she worked with me to complete a successful purchase of our home. The only comment I would make is there were some issues around amendments to the S&P Agreement which were not explained thoroughly until my solicitor requested this. Some initial advise on why the amendments were required would have been. Other than that, very pleased. Would recommend.
