When we purchased our rental in 2020 we needed to find a trusted rental agency in the local area and this is when we were introduced to Janine and team. They found the best tenant for us which we really appreciated because after 5 years, we can honestly say the tenant was indeed exceptional! Now 5 years on, it's time to sell and again, Janine and the team have managed the whole sales process from start to finish. A successful sale was negotiated and I think both vendor and purchaser are walking away happy.
