Janine was wonderful to deal with. Her communication was great, she helped us along the way giving us as much information as she could. She made the process of buying a property understandable for us and when we had a bit of trouble she was there to support us. She is a lovely, down to earth lady.

I was extremely fortunate to have Janine Crack as my Real Estate agent controlling the sale of my property at 71 Porika Rd, Lake Rotoroa. From the start she was very conscientious and did everything possible to achieve a sale. Her presentation of the property in a brochure was outstanding and was produced in a very short space of time. At all times she was pleasant and helpful. After the sale, we had a couple of minor problems,(not of her making,) which did take some time to resolve. Janine was particularly helpful at this stage and her encouragement helped me sort these problems out in the shortest possible time. All my queries to her by E-mail or phone were answered very promptly. Her conscientious approach led to a sale within four weeks. I was extremely pleased with this because in addition she managed to persuade the buyer to accept the price I was asking. Such was Janine's rapport, that we ended with a very friendly relationship between myself and the buyer and his parents. I still am in contact with them. That contact will probably continue.
