Trustworthy and great communicator

Janice was very thorough, open and honest and delightful to deal with through the entire process of selling our 20 year old family home. She advised us on how to present our home and even brought some of her soft furnishings to dress the beds. She is a very likeable person, with a lot of experience in selling homes in our area of Bucklands Beach. Janice's communication skills are excellent and always followed up with feedback on our open homes and any other pertinent matters. She made a good call on listing our home ahead of completing any construction work on the house. We would highly recommend her to any future sellers as she did a great job at selling our home offering really solid advise along each step of the way.
