Our service from Janice was fantastic. She has a real eye for detail, worked very hard for us and had excellent suggestions to enhance our home to ensure a good sale price. Janice made the sale feel like team work. In working with us she had a genuine interest in getting a good deal. Most importantly she was calm and easy to deal with. This helped reduce our stress and gave us confidence in the process.

Janice is very personable, considerate and kind. She was aware of my health issues and really went the extra mile to guide and help me in such a way that I was able to cope. She kept me up to date regarding the progress every step of the way. She treated me with sensitivity and I loved the trouble she went to make sure my house was well presented, to the extent she helped me find a gardener to tidy up, water blaster to clean the house and a cleaner for the inside. I am impressed and happy that problems were taken out of my hands and handled for me.
