Wishing there were more like Janice!!!

After house-hunting for sometime and feeling somewhat disillusioned, I met Janice who, from the moment of her introduction at a house viewing, I found to be knowledgable, genuinely interested, and present. I went through the house buying process with Janice as my agent and was grateful for her encouragement to call if I needed help or there were any questions I may have. This was important to me as I was new to the area and unsure of how to go about carrying out my due diligence prior to signing and while under contract. So there were plenty of calls with questions which Janice took straight away or called back within a short time. I don’t recall a day where Janice was not available!! With lovely Janice around it made the whole house-buying process a pleasant one and is highly recommended.
