Hey Shaaz and Geoff, sorry you felt you didn't have a great experience. Things did become a little difficult with the Vendor being unhappy which meant we were unable to get you in for a second view to measure up, however unfortunately that is up to them and out of my control. I am not sure how you felt my services were lacking but your feedback on what you thought I could have improved on would be welcome.
