Janelle was excellent

We signed sole agency agreement with Janelle in Oct 2024. It was a pretty slow time over summer with no bids at auction and low numbers at open homes. Janelle persisted. We extended the agreement month by month from March. While we were overseas mid April - mid May, Janelle worked hard on the open homes. A contract was signed on 29 May, and we went unconditional on 10 June. Great result!
