We had an informal meeting to discuss selling the house. Where we both shared our ideas and intentions. We spent time getting all this together before any advertisement was used. A soft introduction on Facebook was very insightful. Janelle was able to get permission from the previous vendors to use their photos again, as we needed to keep costs down. After purchasing a new house in Whanganui, I have realised that Janelle would be the most available agent in NZ for any calls, text , emails that need reply.
