As I live in Wellington, this whole process could have been hard for any one but Janelle was happy to arrange a viewing when I could make it to Waihi. I managed to take my daughter to a dance congress at Waikato University, view the house and be back in Hamilton to pick my daughter up by 4pm Amazing. I wanted to be a cash buyer but needed to wait for all the money from a trust and Janelle stood by and patiently listened to my concerns and questions. The reports and info on the house were easily sent. When I did finally have enough money, I was back in touch and Janelle still remembered me and my epic information. I believe Janelle is able to be honest with venders and buyers which leads to a real experience of trust with anyone she meets. It even made me think my experience in sales myself could be possibly be used in a realestate agent future. I learned about patience and how the buying process of a house can be learned with ease. Janelle found me a builder who could do a report on the house too. Tui and Brenan are also experts and awesome people, thanks Janelle! I have let all my friends and family know that Janelle from Baileys is amazing, should they want to buy a house in the future. Great times!
