Probably lacking much "rural property" experience, but she's fairly new to rural --- I think a knowledge of water supply, waste water, internet, boundary responsibilities, electricity, gas etc etc would be very beneficial for buyers?? But that probably goes for all real estate agents! Very good communicator. Always kept in touch. Highly recommend her.
