Janeen sold our house in trying conditions in a falling market for the price we wanted. There was not much interest in our house initially (or others) as we entered the market as it started falling. Throughout the sale period Janeen stayed positive and provided regular and detailed updates. We were clear with her about our price expectations and she marketed the house to those expectations. We never felt that she had anything other than our interests in mind, even when our price expectations might have been a bit unrealistic as time went on. We didn’t manage to sell at auction but Janeen managed to discover that an adjacent property was also selling so put together a deal with the potential purchaser (a developer) to also buy ours. A series of negotiations saw the deal almost fall through but again Janeen was extremely patient and made sure it happened. Again in this period we never felt that she was ever acting in anything other than our interest. We maintained our price expectations and she supported this. We are happy with how things turned out and can’t fault Janeen. She is a very professional and engaging real estate agent.

Janeen and Vincent sold my Apartment in Auckland. I was impressed with their level of detail in the planning and marketing strategy to make my property stand out from the rest. I was kept up to date regularly on the interest and feedback from people enquiring or viewing the property. With there being three other similar apartments in my complex up for sale (and some of them advertised for a while too) I set my expectations low on whether I would get a buyer in a short time, but within 3 or 4 weeks of the advertisement going up I had a buyer for a price I was satisfied with.
