Great support with excellent communication and empathy

Jane was extremely responsive to any and all of our needs, helping with our questions right down to all the details going into settlement. She understood our needs and requirements and was able to communicate with the vendor to leave both parties happy. She was also very attentive to many processes, reminding us of various deadlines and following up as we were overseas for the majority of the time before the purchase. The quality of our home is fantastic and we could not be happier we worked with Jane.
