Cheerful and professional

Jane is a well organised agent who always communicates positively and is highly professional in our opinion. She is always cheerful and personable, whilst providing you with everything you need to help you make good choices (for us as a buyer). She develops a relationship with you over the process of the purchase / sale (as I could tell she had done so with the vendor as well) and is sensitive to your needs. She is not at all pushy but simply professional and courteous whilst achieving a good outcome for everyone involved. We would welcome the opportunity to work with Jane again either to sell or purchase.
