We sold our Wellington apartment at the bottom of the market and it was no easy sale. Jane conducted a first rate marketing campaign hindered by widespread distrust of monolithic cladding and also soaring insurance costs, all of which had a deterrent effect on prospective apartment buyers. Throughout, Jane’s unfailing determination maintained buyer interest. Unfortunately, our tender date yielded only two reasonable offers, reflecting the fragile state of the market. One then withdrew, leaving an offer hedged with conditions which we were obliged to accept. After that, Jane worked tirelessly and reported almost daily. Her efforts revived interest from two possible buyers, one of whom eventually made an unconditional backup offer. As luck would have it the lead buyer failed to obtain finance and the backup became unconditional with settlement ten days later. We were entirely satisfied with the result and able to move on with our lives.

Jane Park has done an excellent job of selling my property It is a 2 Storied 1905 house within 5 mins walk to Victoria Uni . Unfortunately there had been a slip on the property in 2021 We removed all the rocks and soil away from the site There has been only small bits of leaves and some small stones since. This was difficult as no one wants slips on their land . Jane arranged a fabulous auction with 5 people bidding which was a lot of work as we had to cancel the original auction I am pleased with the results of the sale and the way she keep me up to date with what was happening throughout the process
