Jane and her team at Bayleys were fantastic agents for us. We had an unusual situation which took a good six months and Jane just persisted even to the point of writing letters to the difficult uncommunicative sellers. We had virtually given up hope when we got a call from Jane, “ I’ve got good news for you… they’ve finally accepted your offer!”. We could not believe it! Jane had judged the situation so carefully, managed things quietly so as not to stress us as potential buyers and we now live in an absolute dream of a home. Jane Jazmyn and Mark handled the selling of our property in an extremely short window of time, achieving a price for us that made our next purchase all the more stress-free. When we look back on it all we are slightly shocked at how precarious it all was, but Jane and her team procured our new life smoothly and professionally. We could not be happier or more grateful.
