As an agent myself (out of Auckland), my expectations were high! Not only did John & Jane deliver - they far exceeded those expectations. Nothing was too much trouble - with us out of town, unfortunately things did fall on their shoulders, but they also made us feel we were their only vendors! One offer was not good enough, they chased the ‘best’ offer and we believe that’s what we ultimately got! A difficult situation with the dynamics of the sale was smoothed by them and we know we couldn’t have been in better hands.
