We were looking at houses through Tall Poppy Omokoroa and while visiting an open home we met Jane Cross. We gave Jane an Idea of what we wanted and were looking for, she immediately said I am doing an open home down the road, I think you will like it. WOW, it was exactly what we were looking for. And we loved it. This proves to me that, Jane listened to us and got a good understanding of what we wanted. Jane followed up with us a day or so after and we said we would like to put an offer on that house. We kept in touch with Jane and she made us feel great, and she was very helpful right the way through. As we were about to move in, after our final inspection, Jane phoned to say she was not happy with the cleanliness of the house and was going to get it sorted. She did exactly that.
