I found all the staff at Tall Poppy’s lovely. Jane personally was so easy to deal with and followed up and still is on all my many queries without hesitation and always got back to me straight away. She made me feel special and went beyond and above for me,. I found her very honest and one of the nicest agents I have had dealings with the many times over the years. We were looking at houses through Tall Poppy Omokoroa and while visiting an open home we met Jane Cross. We gave Jane an Idea of what we wanted and were looking for, she immediately said I am doing an open home down the road, I think you will like it. WOW, it was exactly what we were looking for. And we loved it. This proves to me that, Jane listened to us and got a good understanding of what we wanted. Jane followed up with us a day or so after and we said we would like to put an offer on that house. We kept in touch with Jane and she made us feel great, and she was very helpful right the way through. As we were about to move in, after our final inspection, Jane phoned to say she was not happy with the cleanliness of the house and was going to get it sorted. She did exactly that. We were so grateful, and I ask you, how many agents would do, what Jane did for us? Not to mention the gifts and the lovely presented key box. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jane as an agent to anybody.
