We have recently purchased a property through Jane at Tall Poppy. I would personally like to say a huge thanks to Jane. Jane took care of the negotiations and provide support where necessary. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It was a pleasure to get to know Jane and purchase our property through her. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage Jane for our property needs.

Jane did a great job of selling our property quickly and securing a price we were happy with. She explained everything thoroughly and was very good at keeping in contact with us and talking us through the process. We would highly recommend her.

From the very beginning we knew Jane to be honest and very professional. For someone who has only started her career in real estate a very short time ago she has gained a great knowledge of the intricacies of this profession. She is not only very kind and understanding but also forthright in dealing with situations which arise. Should you decide to list your home please contact Jane we are delighted with every aspect legal and otherwise. We wish her all the very best for her future.

I found all the staff at Tall Poppy’s lovely. Jane personally was so easy to deal with and followed up and still is on all my many queries without hesitation and always got back to me straight away. She made me feel special and went beyond and above for me,. I found her very honest and one of the nicest agents I have had dealings with the many times over the years. I will recommend Jane to anyone that is enquiring about property.

From the time we met Jane we felt connected. Her manner was very pleasant and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble. As out of town buyers, this was really appreciated. Follow up back to us was very quick on any queries. We felt valued as clients and we would recommend her to both buyers and sellers .

Jane communicated with us from the start, nothing was a problem went beyond her call of duty. Would recommend her to anyone

We were looking at houses through Tall Poppy Omokoroa and while visiting an open home we met Jane Cross. We gave Jane an Idea of what we wanted and were looking for, she immediately said I am doing an open home down the road, I think you will like it. WOW, it was exactly what we were looking for. And we loved it. This proves to me that, Jane listened to us and got a good understanding of what we wanted. Jane followed up with us a day or so after and we said we would like to put an offer on that house. We kept in touch with Jane and she made us feel great, and she was very helpful right the way through. As we were about to move in, after our final inspection, Jane phoned to say she was not happy with the cleanliness of the house and was going to get it sorted. She did exactly that. We were so grateful, and I ask you, how many agents would do, what Jane did for us? Not to mention the gifts and the lovely presented key box. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jane as an agent to anybody.

An easy experience , great communication.

Jane kept us informed weekly on any updates, communication was excellent, contact at anytime was professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to sell.

I found Jane to be conscientious and honest in her approach to working with us. She kept us informed and gave us access to all of the information we needed to make our decision but never harried or rushed us. I think she represented her vendor well but also considered our needs too - which ultimately means we were all happy.

Jane has been amazing, she knew that we were first home buyers and went beyond to give us information so that we were well prepared. We found Jane a pleasure to work with and would recommend anyone with work with her. We couldn't be more happy with the service that Jane has given us and we felt like she was in our corner the whole way through the process. We could definitely work with Jane again.

Jane is one of the nicest people you could meet. Very professional with great communication. Jane was positive and helpful, great marketing and feed back. Jane even sourced some boxes for packing!! I can't speak highly enough of Jane, thank you so much for selling my property.
