Jane’s approach came across as honest but also allowing the market to communicate where the value was. The drama of getting our property to market was minimal, open homes (or appointment viewings) were clearly communicated with regular feedback around marketing data / potential buyer engagement. As with all sales it is a case of finding a number or value that works from both sides of the equation in order to get the sale done. We were very happy with the final figure and delighted we can move on to our next adventure. The current market made this sale more complex than previous property sales but we cannot fault the involvement of Jane as our agent. She presented the property as we expected and kept us informed making the whole process one we would almost happily go through again…essentially one of the more exceptional agents we have had dealings with and this is the seventh property we have sold!
