Solution, speed, communication and sale

Jane did an excellent job with our property. She came armed with facts, solutions and a genuine list of potential buyers on her books. My property languished for 7 months with my previous agent. Jane was honest with and provided us solutions to get the best chance of a sale and then got a good offer before we even went to market. Other agents I delt with previously were indecisive, poor communicators and came to us with problems. Jane was none of these she came with solutions for a sale and contacts to activate these solutions. Jane was in good communication with us, keeping us up-to-date with all progress and following up with vendors or their agents right through to the final sale and beyond.
