Jan made our purchase very straightforward. She certainly looked after us as purchases very fairly. Our below asking price offer was accepted. Which I’m certain was down to Jan’s advice to the vendor. Jan’s office staff were also very efficient in their dealings with us. We would certainly use Jan again for future property dealings.
