Friendly, Efficient and got the job done..

Jan was the agent who sold us our house in August 2020. She was amazing then. Open, honest and professional. We said it then, if we ever sell we would strongly consider Jan as our selling agent. Well 6 years later our circumstances changed and we made the decision to sell. Yes we contacted Jan, requested some advice and guidance. From the date the property went on the market to achieving an unconditional sale was about 4 weeks. We were remote vendors, the communication was clear, to the point and efficient. Settlement is in 4 weeks time. We could not have asked for more. Highly recommended. Accommodated our strange requests as we were remote vendors. Nothing was too much trouble.
