Jan Wisely is a delight to deal with! I was an international buyer and Jan provided exceptional customer service, communication and advice throughout the transaction. Jan, always acted promptly and was readily available to answer any queries and to provide market knowledge. Jan was very accomodating for inspections and access to the property. Jan's customer service continued after the purchase of the property and this is what makes her a great agent to work with.

We highly recommend Jan! She made the entire process stress-free, she is incredibly knowledgeable about the Riverton market and provided valuable guidance throughout the process.

On the recommendation of a friend I interviewed Jan to sell my coastal property in Orepuki/Riverton area.  Immediately I liked Jan's practical approach and the honest appraisal she gave me.  My property was slow to sell, but Jan didn't once lose positive forward momentum, and she kept my morale up.  She encouraged me to be optimistic and she supported me through the entire process.  She gave me immediate feedback after every viewing with clear communication and insightful analysis.  I strongly recommend Jan to any property owner in the Southland area who wishes to sell their property.  Jan's integrity and professionalism is second to none.

professional. instead of up sell me an advertising package which i was keen to do she offered to do photos herself which saved alot of money and i still got an excellent result . really happy thanks

We absolutely loved working with Jan.  Nothing was a problem for her with her friendly, relaxed yet professional manner.  She worked hard to get the best results for the sale of our crib.  She kept us updated on the progress and was always available to answer any questions with honest and sound advice.  We would highly recommend Jan to help sell your house - she's a star
